Very surprised at the service: Good customer service.

The nurse that took me to the room,and check my pulse etc was very well informed and customer service oriented her name is Tina,the Dr was very well inform on the reason I was there,she was very well educated and customer service oriented

I have visited another local Neurologist. They had horrible bed side manner and just didn't not have respect for their patients. Today was my first appointment. Everyone from the front office staff to the nurse to the doctor herself was the kindest and most welcoming. I have drove many nights to bring myself and my daughter to the er for emergency care. Now I am luck to have for a wonderful practice from a much needed specialist inside the same hospital. Dr. Z is wonderful and so is the staff. I felt listened too and welcomed. Along with understood that I haven't had the best care and didn't want to wait another year for just meds. Testing and answers are needed. I knew more this appointment than in the year with the other practice. Thank you I am very pleased!
