The provider and the student leaner made me feel upset. The doctor and the student made comments that surprised me. The student brought up my weight from previous visit and talked about my weight now and it made me uncomfortable. I was asked out of no where if I wanted a sti testing and it was weird. I mentioned to the doctor that I had a reduction and she made comments about herself that she is proud her breasts are small. She made me feel sad and uncomfortable. I would never see the doctor I saw again.

Also, the nurse before her was very patient and kind, and the hospitality was phenomenal, welcoming me in the room, getting me out on time so I could get to work because I'm a soldier in the Army, and I just greatly appreciate the support from Wellstar.

there needs to be a policy change regarding refilling critical medications. i had to cancel my annual appointment (family emergency that i had to leave town)and reschedule for a later date. My prescription was not refilled due to my annual cancellation.this left me without medication for several days. i asked for a month supply which would have been long enough until my next appointment. This was also DENIED. This added additional stress to my situation., worried about missing my daily medication.wellstar core value of serve with compassion and pursue excellence was lacking when it come to this practice
