The telehealth visit was a little clunky. The provider wasn't able to hear me so we had to connect by a telephone call as well, which was totally fine, but when I answered that, I lost the video on my end. If I did a telehealth visit in the future, I'd use my laptop not my phone.

Nurses Nancy and Levonne were extremely kind and educated me on all aspects related to the reason for my visit. There was also great synergy and collaboration amongst the full staff which made my experience seamless.

I think Mary Long NP is the best! She takes her time with you, asks questions about what is happening with how you are feeling. She vey concern and caring. The front staff needs to be trained on customer service and not acting bored. Like the patients don't matter. I work Front office at a doctors office and I would never treat my patients like that.

One, they treated me very well. That doctor, Dr. Mary, attended me perfectly and listened to my complaints I had of my body and of what was hurting, and she listened to me and would ask me questions and I'd answer her. She's an excellent doctor. For me she's an excellent doctor, as everyone's entitled to their opinions. I was impressed with how she treated me and how she communicated with us, despite us not knowing English, as I had my husband with me. But we understood each other very well and she changed the medication, and everything was super good, super good.

Always well taking care of . No matter where the Wellstar location resides, the level of services is consistent. The hospitality given to me is beyond the norm . Great job .

The check-in staff was insistent on receiving a payment of nearly $150.00 for the office visit. I offered a credit card (Care Credit) which they were unwilling to process manually. I only had a $30 copay. I was told that I could not be seen unless I paid the larger amount. I presented my insurance card (which was already on file) which clearly showed $30 copay. The office manager had to get involved in order to clear it up. When it was all said and done, I was 40 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. The manager and provider did apologize, but it never should have happened! The appointment was scheduled well in advance and there was adequate time to obtain accurate benefits information. As a WellStar employee, I am Disappointed.
