It would have been helpful to know that the wait was going to be an hour even though I had setup an appointment online. I had to go and ask after I had waited over 30 mins past my appointment. The front office were not busy, so they could have walked to each of us waiting to tell us about the delay.

It just was a very long wait, especially in the waiting room. I had a 3 o'clock appointment and I didn't get out of there until probably, I don't know, quarter to 5, 4.30, quarter to 5, something like that.

Mary C . Cox, PA is an extremily careing and proffesinal provider.....very knowlegable . after her care i felt 99% better and still feel almost normal.....(pardon my spelling) . the entire staff is energetc and focused on the paitence healthcare...

My wait was way too long almost 2hr but even one was peasant will i come again YES

I did wait a lot of time in the waiting room and also a lot of time in the examination room and I was expecting a doctor or a MD to come and see me but not enough practitioner or physician assistant because I know I can get the services at a low cost at CVS or Minute Clinic or other places. So asking or trying to have a doctor see would be helpful especially if you are waiting for longer time as they would be able to address the concern more accurately. And the physician assistant who saw me didn't even took a scope or touch me or anything she just took a picture with a mobile phone of my eye infection and I don't know maybe ask the doctor outside or something like that and I was not comfortable because I didn't think I was properly examined. So maybe for better medical care would be better.

We came in hot at the last second and the staff was very nice. Quick care and effective. I'm sure they didn't care to have us pop in at the last second likely delaying leave times. None of the staff showed we were inconvenient for them even though I know we were. Wish I was better with names because all of our staff were very concerned and kind to my daughter who was very dramatic and upset about her injured ankle.

From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease. From checking to departure I was treated with respect and concern. Ultrasound was outstanding. The technician (not sure of her title) was concerned and explained every action. The PA was by far one of the best I've had. All were genuinely concerned in helping me and identify my problem. Felt relaxed when leaving, knowing what the problem was and what to expect. Thank you so much!

I never write a review, but when I saw this email... I wanted to take a minute bc we had the best experience last night. Mary and Lindsay and Stacey and Alex were all soooooooo good at their job. When Mary and Alex were doing stitches on my son, I was so grateful for everything about them. When we prayed last night, we thanked God for doctors and nurses and for them being able to help us when we need help. But this location has something special! It is rare that people are friendly and loving. Everyone was genuinely loving towards our son. I was very impressed! Thank you

The facility was comfortable, clean, we were offered water and warm blankets and a apology for the long wait. I will always go to Acworth Urgent Care over Kennestone Emergency room any day. The care from the front to the back was just exceptional.
