Would like to know how to make mary my provider

You did incredible. I even received a call back, I think two days later, just making sure everything went okay and that my Achilles was doing well. The provider that saw me that day, I believe it was a nurse practitioner, she did incredible. I really appreciate everything she did and stitches are going great, everything's fine. Thanks again for all your help. It was great.

All of my generous, I guess, not complaints, but all of my good ones were for the actual medical staff itself. However, the provider, Mary, she was horrible. And I always go to Kennestone Urgent Care, but Mary, she's, that was my first time having her as a provider, and I would not recommend anyone to her. But as far as with the medical staff, the assistants, they were phenomenal, like always.

My wound was not cleaned or dressed. I would have liked to have had it like sanitized or cleaned and have a bandage on it so nothing was done for the wound when I went in.

The nurses that treated me were amazing. I have a good bit of nervousness especially when it comes to getting stitches and they were extremely kind. They helped me feel as comfortable as possible. This was the best experience I've had at a hospital/medical facility

Well, your staff is professional. There was an extremely long wait time. And even after my supposed appointment time, it was still almost 40 minutes before I got to see anybody. Those were my two biggest complaints of the facility.

The paperwork I left with had a lot of information that it said had been shared with me before I left, which wasn't the case. I didn't have anything serious, so I wasn't a huge deal, but a little frustrating. Even just eliminating the line that said it had already been shared would have alleviated my frustration. Mary Cox was warm, concerned, and informative. I felt very cared for.

At Acworth Wilson Health Park, they didn't have a CT scan, either operator or scan available, so I was referred to ER, which I just had to wait for a long time. But I'm glad that I was referred out. Thank you.

Only problem was what channel the tv was on in waiting room it was on E tv and they were showing the program Botched cosmetic surgery and they were showing women's breast augmentation procedures not appropriate for children or myself.Should not be on that kind of program In the waiting room.

I had an appointment and waited over an hour until everyone who got there ahead of me was met. If you don't want to have appointments that it fine, I would have waited, but if I was going to walk in, I would have come earlier or later, The actual appt time available was less convenient.

As a NP with plenty of ER experience I was very impressed! The Urgent Care was very busy but once in the room things went very quickly. MA was very good getting my information and vital signs. Provider (PA) was very understanding and appropriate. X-ray tech was friendly and provided explanation. I received a copy of my films for my ENT physician and my after visit summary prior to discharge. Very happy with my visit and will be using this facility for any future Urgent Care needs!

My appointment was 12:00 they did not see me until 1:15. No one bothered to say why the delay and then when they finally took me back they made me come back back in the waiting room for another 15 minutes. No communication as to why on any of that situation
