I had an appointment and waited over an hour until everyone who got there ahead of me was met. If you don't want to have appointments that it fine, I would have waited, but if I was going to walk in, I would have come earlier or later, The actual appt time available was less convenient.

Everyone was very pleasant, great attitude even though it was the end of the day, you could tell they all enjoyed their job and wanted to be there helping people. Very refreshing.

As a NP with plenty of ER experience I was very impressed! The Urgent Care was very busy but once in the room things went very quickly. MA was very good getting my information and vital signs. Provider (PA) was very understanding and appropriate. X-ray tech was friendly and provided explanation. I received a copy of my films for my ENT physician and my after visit summary prior to discharge. Very happy with my visit and will be using this facility for any future Urgent Care needs!

My appointment was 12:00 they did not see me until 1:15. No one bothered to say why the delay and then when they finally took me back they made me come back back in the waiting room for another 15 minutes. No communication as to why on any of that situation

I appreciate the staff showing such concern for me late at night. I was hesitant about going so close to closing hours. I'm often afraid of medical facilities but the staff made things very comforting. I'm super appreciative.

Everyone was courteous and timely. Wish I remembered names, but the whole staff was great. The 2 medical providers who brought me back and the PA who treated me were very attentive, helpful, professional, kind, timely. All great things! I work in the building and my family has also been here multiple times, and we have all had great experiences. Thanks for the care, kindness, professionalism, and expertise you all share everyday!

It would have been helpful to know that the wait was going to be an hour even though I had setup an appointment online. I had to go and ask after I had waited over 30 mins past my appointment. The front office were not busy, so they could have walked to each of us waiting to tell us about the delay.

I did wait a lot of time in the waiting room and also a lot of time in the examination room and I was expecting a doctor or a MD to come and see me but not enough practitioner or physician assistant because I know I can get the services at a low cost at CVS or Minute Clinic or other places. So asking or trying to have a doctor see would be helpful especially if you are waiting for longer time as they would be able to address the concern more accurately. And the physician assistant who saw me didn't even took a scope or touch me or anything she just took a picture with a mobile phone of my eye infection and I don't know maybe ask the doctor outside or something like that and I was not comfortable because I didn't think I was properly examined. So maybe for better medical care would be better.

The technician (not sure of her title) was concerned and explained every action. The PA was by far one of the best I've had. All were genuinely concerned in helping me and identify my problem. Felt relaxed when leaving, knowing what the problem was and what to expect. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment and waited over an hour until everyone who got there ahead of me was met. If you don't want to have appointments that it fine, I would have waited, but if I was going to walk in, I would have come earlier or later, The actual appt time available was less convenient.
