Not only have I had great experiences every time that I've came, the front desk staff is absolutely astounding. They are always very courteous and concerning. They always do their diligence to get any questions or issues resolved. And they're just very friendly. It's just an overall great experience. The only downside I would say is that I travel to come to this doctor's office because the doctor's offices in my local area are just horrible. And I have to travel on I-20 and there's been a lot of road work. So sometimes, you know, even when I leave out an hour before my appointment, and it takes about 25-30 minutes to get there.

The provider is not well versed on perimenopause and helping with treatment. Also I complained on breast sensitivity and was told it was due to my weight versus really trying to understand if there is a breast issue.

Literally got to my appt and sat for 20 mins after the start of my appt, had to ask when I would be seen and was told the supervisor was on the phone e and I could wait or leave. Lucky I left a sample as I needed to be checked for a UTI, but I was never seen by the nurse
