I was very confused on how my treatment was going forward with insurance. I was told that the insurance I was, the company that took my case was in my insurance in-network and they all told me it was, but it was not. I think it should be more clear whether the service is in-network or out-of-network.

Honestly, the care that I had in the lobby, even from the nursing assistant, was super well, I was attended super well, and also by the doctor. They attended me perfectly. I was so relieved to see this wonderful physician. Dr. O was very thorough and thoughtful in her explanation about my situation. She prevented me from having any further problems with medication, taught me more self care and what to look for in the future. Thank you Dr. O and Jasmine too.
