Everything was good. But was asked to bring my Medicare card next time, even though I have a Merdicare Advantage plan with Aetna. I have never been asked this before by any doctor's office and don't understand why?

This was my first time visiting this practice and visiting an OBGYN ever and the staff made me feel very comfortable. I was super, super nervous and everyone I encountered was very kind and patient, explained everything to me, told me that it was going to be okay and Dr. Keeling was very patient. She made me feel comfortable and she only did what she thought I was comfortable with and gave me choices. So I was very, I left the practice feeling much better and much more comfortable. So it was a great experience.
