The reason I don't give her higher scores is because I really have never had any problems that I've had to deal with. It's always just normal tests and whatever. I've never gone to her with any real problems in other words that she had to correct. I'm just seeing her as a preventative measure, but I really like her. I think she's very professional.

I had a very pleasant experience as soon as I entered the practice. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Keeling was very professional and very thorough with my examination. She explained everything to me and made me fel comfortable even though I was nervous. She also addresed my concerns and answered my questions. Her nurse was also very knowledgeable and kind.

Goodness it was so busy in the office. I thought for sure there would be quite a wait, as it is health care and things happen, but we were in and out in good time. Dr Keeling always listens to questions and concerns and really cares about the care she provides. The nurse that checked me in was great and also proficient in her care for me. No matter how busy it was, all gave calm & quality compassionate care. The waiting & check in staff were awesome too!
