My overall experience was excellent. I was treated with respect and compassion. Every staff member was attentive and concerned about my well-being and helping me with my injury. My care needs were explained and then expertly executed. If all of your patients receive this level of care you will soon need to expand your facility, just make sure you keep hiring such good staff.

I was very disappointed in the medical assistant. The provider ordered an x-ray of my foot. The medical assistant NEVER informed me of the process that I was to call imaging to register. I sat in the exam room for almost an hour before a representative from imaging called me. The representative is the person that explained that I was responsible to call. I worked all day just to spend 3 hours in the urgent care because there was NO communication about next steps once the doctor ordered the x-ray. The sign to call was posted behind my head with no instructions. How is the patient supposed to automatically know the process?

I really appreciate the front desk people helping. I was feeling really bad and when I booked the appointment, I booked it for the next day. But instead of turning me away, they worked me in as a walk-in and I was able to be seen within an hour. So I appreciate them going above and beyond. And the physician was very helpful. I felt like she took the time and listened to my issues and I feel a lot better. So I am appreciative for your staff.

The wait was extremely long. When I checked in, I was informed that the wait would be approx 48 mins. I waited 3 hours. There was hardly any staff on site. There was no communication between the doctor and staff. The doctor preferred labs and no one came to perform labs. I had to leave my daughter in the patient room to find someone to perform the labs so we could get results and go home.

Once I was moved back to a room, everyone was so genuinely nice and showed concern for my wellbeing. It really meant a lot to me during a time when I felt my absolute worst. The woman at the checkin desk was okay, not super pleasant, she took my info and said there would be a wait, she was less concerned about how anyone felt Overall, I had a very good experience with Urgent Care.

The staff and expertise are excellent. However, the wait times are ridiculous. I feel like people use Urgent Care as a primary care type of facility. I'm in the lobby bleeding from laceration and I look around not seeing anyone even remotely ill or with a sing if trauma and I wind up waiting 3 hours to be seen. It shouldn't be like this. The providers are excellent, but I'll be looking for care elsewhere because the wait time is not acceptable for true situations where urgent care is needed

The CNA was very dismissive and unengaging. He never really made eye contact with me. I was so sick that it did not bother me much. I just don't want others to experience this type of treatment especially when they are vulnerable /ill. No one technically discharged me. I had to stop by the nursing station to gain Intel about my visit. At that time my results were provided and instructions regarding my discharge. Why didn't the doctor come in to do a proper discharge?! Well needless to say, I will not go back and will add this experience to your website. Advice-be nice to sick people that are in need of care. The lady at the nursing station and the receptionist were friendly!

The staff was very professional, very notifying. They notified the patients, but it was extremely long. I was notified at the beginning that it could be three hours, which I was willing to wait, but it ended up being almost five hours, five hours and a little bit. So definitely appeared to need some extra support or extra doctors because the three-hour notification ended up being two hours longer. But other than that, I was very impressed with the physician and the front counter support staff. Thank you.

The medical care and the front office are great. My only complaint is that I made what I thought was an appointment and when I got there, I had a 3-1/2 to 4 hour wait. I was told that I have a reservation, not an appointment. I'm not sure I see the point in the reservation system. Two days later, I was able to make an early reservation and I got there about an hour early and I was seen in about 50 minutes.

I did online checkin prior to coming which didn't work even though I received an email confirmation. Additionally the urgent care post having an onsite imaging center and they no longer have one. The receptionist wasn't the friendliest with the initial check in. She was ever short and curt. However the other receptionist that does the insurance part was very pleasant and concerning that the people coming are not feeling well. The nurse and doctor were excellent, Excellent bedside manner, knowledgeable and caring. Outside of the one receptionist everyone else were 10 out of 10.

Wait time was extremely long especially for this early in the morning. The kiosk checkin was fine for me but there was a long line and several older people were having difficulties.

The medical care and the front office are great. My only complaint is that I made what I thought was an appointment and when I got there, I had a 3-1/2 to 4 hour wait. I was told that I have a reservation, not an appointment. I'm not sure I see the point in the reservation system. Two days later, I was able to make an early reservation and I got there about an hour early and I was seen in about 50 minutes.

The staff was very professional, very notifying. They notified the patients, but it was extremely long. I was notified at the beginning that it could be three hours, which I was willing to wait, but it ended up being almost five hours, five hours and a little bit. So definitely appeared to need some extra support or extra doctors because the three-hour notification ended up being two hours longer. But other than that, I was very impressed with the physician and the front counter support staff. Thank you.

Only negative was the delay of being called to be seen at 2:39 for a 1:40 appointment and having to sit in the waiting area, but it was a holiday weekend.

The CNA was very dismissive and unengaging. He never really made eye contact with me. I was so sick that it did not bother me much. I just don't want others to experience this type of treatment especially when they are vulnerable /ill. No one technically discharged me. I had to stop by the nursing station to gain Intel about my visit. At that time my results were provided and instructions regarding my discharge. Why didn't the doctor come in to do a proper discharge?! Well needless to say, I will not go back and will add this experience to your website. Advice-be nice to sick people that are in need of care. The lady at the nursing station and the receptionist were friendly!

I was sick with a cough. I was not given anything except pearl drops, and she never left the room not even returning with the results of my x-ray will not be back.

The staff and expertise are excellent. However, the wait times are ridiculous. I feel like people use Urgent Care as a primary care type of facility. I'm in the lobby bleeding from laceration and I look around not seeing anyone even remotely ill or with a sing if trauma and I wind up waiting 3 hours to be seen. It shouldn't be like this. The providers are excellent, but I'll be looking for care elsewhere because the wait time is not acceptable for true situations where urgent care is needed

I sat way to long in the exam room because the nurse did not realize I was waiting for her to take a throat culture for strep and two other tests. I did not like the doctor at all. The long wait was frustrating.

The wait was extremely long. When I checked in, I was informed that the wait would be approx 48 mins. I waited 3 hours. There was hardly any staff on site. There was no communication between the doctor and staff. The doctor preferred labs and no one came to perform labs. I had to leave my daughter in the patient room to find someone to perform the labs so we could get results and go home.

Once I was moved back to a room, everyone was so genuinely nice and showed concern for my wellbeing. It really meant a lot to me during a time when I felt my absolute worst. The woman at the checkin desk was okay, not super pleasant, she took my info and said there would be a wait, she was less concerned about how anyone felt Overall, I had a very good experience with Urgent Care.

I really appreciate the front desk people helping. I was feeling really bad and when I booked the appointment, I booked it for the next day. But instead of turning me away, they worked me in as a walk-in and I was able to be seen within an hour. So I appreciate them going above and beyond. And the physician was very helpful. I felt like she took the time and listened to my issues and I feel a lot better. So I am appreciative for your staff.

My overall experience was excellent. I was treated with respect and compassion. Every staff member was attentive and concerned about my well-being and helping me with my injury. My care needs were explained and then expertly executed. If all of your patients receive this level of care you will soon need to expand your facility, just make sure you keep hiring such good staff.

I was very disappointed in the medical assistant. The provider ordered an x-ray of my foot. The medical assistant NEVER informed me of the process that I was to call imaging to register. I sat in the exam room for almost an hour before a representative from imaging called me. The representative is the person that explained that I was responsible to call. I worked all day just to spend 3 hours in the urgent care because there was NO communication about next steps once the doctor ordered the x-ray. The sign to call was posted behind my head with no instructions. How is the patient supposed to automatically know the process?
