Dr. Ann Marie Cole was my former doctor. I received the letter after she left the practice. So then I had to be put with a nurse practitioner and then assigned a new primary care provider, which I came to the office to see and was told she's not accepting any new patients even though they put me with her. Thank goodness for nurse practitioner Maggie Mackenzie. She's great. Why are all the doctors leaving your practice and what are we supposed to do? We can't just keep being swapped around to different people. That's something you need to work on and let your patients know that. Also you remodeled. We had no idea where we were going. We didn't even know we were in the right office. Communication is key. Thank you.

I was so pleased I could actually get an appointment & what a surprise at 2pm same day!! The nurse aide Olivia was so kind & helpful! And there needs to be lots of "Maggie Mackenzie"! She is wonderful!

There is room for discussion in the medical procedures. For example, you prescribed me the Prolia injection, and I was only told that I needed a blood test before the injection when I went to the hospital after picking up the medication from the pharmacy. When I communicated with you by phone, it was already noon, and I had already had breakfast. I asked through a translator if I could eat before the blood test, and the answer was "yes." So, I immediately rushed to the testing center. The staff asked if I had eaten, and I replied that I had. I also asked the relevant medical staff beforehand, and they said it was okay. However, the staff then pointed at the computer screen and said "fast," meaning I needed to be fasting. As a result, I had to turn back and go again the next day. Just a small experience, for your reference. Thank you.

However, the staff then pointed at the computer screen and said "fast," meaning I needed to be fasting. As a result, I had to turn back and go again the next day. The staff was friendly from the front desk, CMA, and NP. I greeted by each staff member and everyone identified themselves. There were no delays. All team members are an asset to the practice.

The front office staff is so congenial and helpful. "Dr Maggie" and her nurse are the best! They're very understanding and accommodating of the patient who has special needs and limited ability to follow directions. Keep up the great work.
