It's a little early to decide how I feel about the changes with the sake of the practice. I haven't seen or met the new doctor but saw the new PA on Tuesday; Madison Wharton. I generally see Erica but couldn't get an appointment with her and I needed to be seen quickly. I did like PA Madison very much. She is very knowledgeable professional and personable.

I was forced to find a new primary care provider and chose this practice to try. They were all wonderful and willing to work with me on the spur of the moment. It made the transition so much easier. Madison listened and made sure she knew what my issues were and things she needed to know about me. I did not feel rushed at all.

Well, I was very glad that everybody was kind and they took time and they listened to me and I appreciate that very much. I really don't have any complaints. It was my very first visit, so I mean I don't really know enough about the practice yet, but I did feel a lot better walking out of there. I got a lot of information to deal with my health issues and I appreciate her willingness to sit and talk with me and help me figure out what the next steps are. Thank you.

I kindly ask that you please turn the sound off of the TV in the waiting room. It was so loud this morning at my 7:45am appointment. It made me feel really ill when I was waiting and I couldn't think about the questions I wanted to ask my doctor. By the time I was called by the nurse I needed to compose myself before I could talk to her. Please turn the sound off, or at least low volume, for the sake of the patients. Thank you.
