I kindly ask that you please turn the sound off of the TV in the waiting room. It was so loud this morning at my 7:45am appointment. It made me feel really ill when I was waiting and I couldn't think about the questions I wanted to ask my doctor. By the time I was called by the nurse I needed to compose myself before I could talk to her. Please turn the sound off, or at least low volume, for the sake of the patients. Thank you.

The only issue I had was was my appointment was at 230 and they didn't get me back until almost 3 then I didn't leave the office until almost 4 the wait times were a little long I know things happen and some patients take longer but I definitely was not expecting to be there that long

She was proactive in the questions that she asked and recognizing that I would need prescription refills. She was very supportive in giving me referrals that I asked for. I can't say enough nice things about the experience.
