The wait time to see Dr is way to long. We were there at 9:15 and didn't see Dr until after 10. For a 15 minute visit we were there almost 1 hour and a half. That's happened the last 3 times we've been to this office.

I love Dr. Claroni and her staff. They are wonderful. My family and I, we've been with her at her original practice, and when we got word that she was moving here, we moved here, too. We love it. We love her. She's a really great doctor. She listens. She gives great feedback, suggestions. She's just really awesome. Like, there's no other doctor like her. Her staff are wonderful, very courteous. Everyone is just really nice. Everyone's very helpful. I already started recommending her to other people, and she's just a great doctor.

I was told to be there at 2:15 and my appointment was at 2:30 because it was a new appointment. I understand that, but I wasn't seen until an hour later in an empty waiting room, and I didn't leave until 4:45. My doctor seemed like she didn't know much. My blood pressure was high when I went in there. That wasn't a concern to anyone. I had just gotten a car accident, and asked about my FMLA paperwork, and she asked me why I would want that to be filled out. She just seemed very un-knowledgable and seemed like she cared more about apologizing for the wait than the care for my visit.
