The phone staff needs improving. They either don't answer or they disconnect the call. Five calls were made in a matter of minutes to talk with an actual person. No one returns calls. Over a week and a half timeframe to make an appointment is unacceptable.

I was in the exam room for 30 minutes before going out to inquire what the delay was. There were 4 nurses looking at a computer screen in what appeared to be non business related. One commented she will be with you shortly. My P A said she asked a nurse to let me know she was running behind and was suprised no one hadn't. A little better communication with patients would be my suggestion.
