After waiting an hour to see the doctor, I went to the front desk to learn that we were skipped and other patients were seen before my daughter. We had an appointment and at least one person moved ahead of us said she had bronchitis upon entering. Additionally, the prescription was not sent into the pharmacy causing another delay. Ultimately, it took more than two hours to be seen and to have prescription in hand. Please note, the stye diagnosis took five minutes.
