Extensive questionnaires. We are part of the WellStar network, my daughter is part of another. Took 45 mins to be seen, while a lady came off the street no appointment, signed-in and was seen immediately. Normally, we try to limit our exposure from other people that may have the flu, covid, and other contagious viruses. Next time, will reserve a spot prior to coming.

A nurse practitioner informed me that I needed an X-ray of my knee to check for fractures, but they didn't have the "special equipment" to check for rib fractures. It seems that an X-ray isn't useful for detecting rib fractures? Unbelievable! The radiologist showed no competence and was even looking at a book with pictures of knee fractures. This is not what I have experienced several times at this place. I deeply regret the bad experience I had.

So kudos to the staff and many thanks for the great way in which they've treated me in all the times I've been coming there.
