We had an appointment for 1:40. We checked in on time and were not notified of any delays. Patiently waited an hour goes by and several people were called back some that had just walked in and signed in on the kiosk. I went to ask the receptionist about the wait time and since we had an appointment. I was then told to wait an additional 30-40 mins. We waited an additional 30 mins before being called back for triage. We were then told to go back to the waiting area to wait to be called back. We were told there was only 3 people ahead of us. Several more people were called back before we were finally called back to a room. Once getting called back to a room the wait was short. What is the point of having an appointment if I'm still going to have a waiting time of almost 2 hours in the waiting room.

A nurse practitioner informed me that I needed an X-ray of my knee to check for fractures, but they didn't have the "special equipment" to check for rib fractures. It seems that an X-ray isn't useful for detecting rib fractures? Unbelievable! The radiologist showed no competence and was even looking at a book with pictures of knee fractures. This is not what I have experienced several times at this place. I deeply regret the bad experience I had.

We waited an additional 30 mins before being called back for triage. We were then told to go back to the waiting area to wait to be called back. We were told there was only 3 people ahead of us. Several more people were called back before we were finally called back to a room. Once getting called back to a room the wait was short. What is the point of having an appointment if I'm still going to have a waiting time of almost 2 hours in the waiting room.
