I would just like to mention that when I went to a lab, for it being my first time going to a lab, I didn't know where to check in or anything. The lab person was extremely rude and was wearing AirPods. She wasn't aware of her, wasn't aware of her, like, who was coming in to check in. So, I mean, if she could get some counseling on better customer service.

I had a great experience with Leslie Haizlip. She's absolutely amazing. She's super thorough and she listens and she takes her time to just really examine and always does a great job. Also, there was not much waiting time at all to get me back into the room and I had a very good experience.
