The receptionist was rude, with an attitude. When people go to urgent care is because they are not feeling good, she had no empathy for anyone who walked in while I waited for my turn. She needs to be trained to treat people with kindness and compassion. The dr, was very nice as well as the nurse.

This is the best staff ever. My problem took much longer than normal because test could not be performed without sufficient data which my body would not give up. The staff was soooo patient, encouraging, through and helpful. After having an unpleasant experience at another Urgent Care, I started going to this one and will not go to any other. EVER!

Everyone was very understanding of my needs and the place was very clean and neat only one was concerned about her waiting time she had left and come back and they took her right in. Was a good day nokayes their apps went very smooth
