We didn't wait long to be seen and the nurse & doctor showed care and concern.

I had 3 people get in before me. I had to go to the front desk to ask why and she said it was her fault. She took a long time entering the information and then charged $200 dollars too much and had to refund me. She was very nice but frustrating watching 3 people go see a Dr while we sat in the waiting room.

I've always been impressed with the physicians on staff at this facility. I keep going back for a reason. They are extremely professional, extremely proficient. And the physician in this case actually pointed out something to me in my record from some years ago that I had forgotten, and it has helped with the follow-up that I am performing. Well done.

The only negative thing about my experience was the long wait to finally see a nurse and doctor. It was almost an hour after my appointment time before I was called back. Other than that, no complaints with the staff.

They explained every aspect of my care and seemed concerned that I understood everything. The physician was the best physician I've ever seen at an urgent care. I could not have received better care.

I checked in at 9:35, had a schedule for 9:45 which was moved to 10:00. Got attended at 11:20 after speaking to someone about how 8 people went in front of me when I was there first. The answer was because they had emergencies. A nurse asked if I needed a blanket and I refused. My fever was 102.5 and I was diagnosed with Strep. No I would never recommend this Urgent Care. The nurse and doctor were very nice.

The Staff and Doctor were nice and courtouse. I've been to other urgent care facilities and this by far the best I've been to and will always go there when needed.

The doctor I saw asked for an X-ray but was not satisfied that it provided pertinent information. Therefore, she referred me to Kennestone Hospital for CT and additional treatment. I got answers for a problem I suffered with that no one had been able to diagnose. It was found that I had a Hugh blood clot in my lung and an aneurysm in my spleen, also with several nodules to keep an eye on. The Urgent Care Doctor was exceptional.
