I realize they were slammed, but if online appointments aren't going to mean anything when you get there, it would be great if the staff had a way to turn them off online ahead of time. With maybe an option to find an appointment at another nearby location that isn't as full, if there is one?

The medical staff and the doctor provided excellent care. And I left thinking that my medical situation was identified and that I had a good prescription to deal with it. And so I would highly recommend your facility.

I had 3 people get in before me. I had to go to the front desk to ask why and she said it was her fault. She took a long time entering the information and then charged $200 dollars too much and had to refund me. She was very nice but frustrating watching 3 people go see a Dr while we sat in the waiting room.

And the physician in this case actually pointed out something to me in my record from some years ago that I had forgotten, and it has helped with the follow-up that I am performing. Well done.
