We had a great experience with everybody there. We are super happy. I believe that I incorrectly answered the first question about trusting the provider. We 100% trusted the provider. And everybody was great. Everybody was knowledgeable. They answered the questions. We were able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. And our little guy was having a lot of trouble with his ear, and he got out of discomfort quickly, and everybody was great. We really appreciate all of the help and all of the knowledge we were able to learn through the appointment. So thank you guys very much.

I would say what y'all can do is not use the sandpaper on infect when you're using a probe to stick to your forehead. That's what I would say that y'all need to improve on.

This practice is hands-down the absolute best. The front office staff, the surgery coordinator, nurses, doctors, audiologists are ALL extremely helpful and kind. They handle tough situations with compassion which is rare to find in the medical field. I cannot say enough good things about this office and the people who work here.
