I was disappointed with my experience at first as my appointment was cancelled morning of with no notification other than a MyChart message. It was claimed that a call and voicemail were made however I have evidence to the contrary. As this was a sick visit, it is silly to ask that a patient reschedule to another day when clearly immediate care is needed. Thankfully the front office staff was very kind and worked to get me an appointment with a different provider. I ended up seeing Lori (a nurse) and Lauren (a nurse practitioner). They were both lovely, thoughtful, and listened carefully. Lauren is knowledgeable and was able to determine a plan for care as well as next steps if that plan did not work. I would trust both of these ladies with my care in the future when the need arises.

They're always so helpful too. The ladies that take your blood pressure & temperature are always so kind too. They make sure Lauren is updated on any changes & needs I have. I love this practice & recommend it to everyone. Thank you for providing great medical care & customer service. I always feel better when I leave this doctor's office.
