I loved how nice the front office was. They were very thorough and efficient, very kind and sweet. Laura was also very sweet. The only complaint I have is the, it's almost as if they didn't realize exactly what my procedure.

My experience went very well. I was able to see my regular provider, so I saw Laura, and she was very personable and informative and very caring about what I needed to do. What we could do better is that I did get the information from my kidney doctor, but because my kidney doctor is not with WellStar, how to communicate the instructions, I find it very difficult to do. Well, I'm finding it very difficult to do. So that was all. I really enjoyed my visit. We got in and out. The staff was very nice and helpful. So that's basically all. Thank you.

Your parking availabilities are the worst anyone could imagine. People circling the lot irritated for lack of parking. By the time you get in to see the Provider your BP is through the roof. This is taxing does not make for good interaction.
