Virtual appointments should be quick and easy. I waited in excess of forty minutes to connect with my provider. After stepping through the pre check in process, I still received a phone call from the "CNA" asking the same questions. Frustrating and counter productive. The virtual visits need to be streamlined to take no more than five minutes to actually connect with the provider. Not a good experience.

The lab bathroom was disgusting. I have never had to give urine before and it was DIRTY. Very surprising, never had a bad experience. Considering that the lab had three people up front doing nothing except pointing us to a dirty machine to check ourselves in you'd think they would keep the bathroom clean. The shelf across from the toilet, the floor, all of it. Disgusting.
