I am new patient. Staff was very courteous, listened well, spent more time than I expected with me. A very pleasant visit. At his point I do not have test results or anything where recommendations are being made, so I held back on the score some. Not because I dont trust them, just waiting for the opportunity to experience that aspect of care. LaTure and Oliver both have great people skills and are very professional. It made me feel valued and heard as a patient.

I waited 2 hours to be seen for a medicine refill visit. A major breakdown in staff communication lack of concern/action from the front desk, back office to the provider. My visit was scheduled at 11 and coincidentally lunch was brought in for the staff around 11:30 right in front of me? I first saw the provider for my visit at 1:00 pm--2 hours and 5 minutes after I signed in. After not receiving a satisfactory concern from a "Supervisor" I was able to have a productive conversation with the practice manager who validated my concerns. My perception is TEAM work is lacking and the patient is not THE priority.
