The nurse and the physician and the x-ray tech were excellent. The check-in process just took a little too long. I was the only patient in there at an appointment, and I still took probably 20 to 30 minutes of waiting, and I think it was input into the computer, my information. But overall, a good experience.

The only inconvenience for me was that the pharmacy didn't give me the eye drops because of an error in the prescription. They gave me everything else except the eye drops. Other than that, everything was very good, excellent.

Dr. Etheridge was fabulous, I felt like she walked through each of my symptoms in detail and talked about what could be causing each. She talked with me in depth about the medicine she was sending in for me and what the upcoming days would look like. Dr. Etheridge gave me so much confidence in coming back to this Wellstar location with my familly as needed in the future.
