All the staff today, from beginning to end was very attentive, caring and friendly. They even put me in a room for a few minutes to take my EKG at a much lower table as I cannot get on the higher ones because of my balance very thoughtful Lakesha today was wonderful and so was this week girl who checked me out when I was leaving.

She made me feel valued and cared for as a patient. I felt she had my best interest in mind. She did not appear rushed or in a hurry and I can't tell you how much that means to me as I try to navigate this world of a new diagnosis.

I really feel like she cared and wanted to help me, did not dismiss my complaint of chronic dizziness, and instead of just checking it up to that's POTS, she wanted to help me. I appreciate her, and felt heard today. I give her 10/10 stars!

So, Lakesha did really well. She listened to me and understood my concerns. The front office staff was kind, but they did not seem to know what they were doing. I have been billed twice for this visit. I prepaid, was told I prepaid the wrong amount and then was billed again for the full amount. So, it's double billed. Not happy with that.

I was ordered a cardiac test because of chest pain, and it was scheduled for april 2025! That is completely unacceptable! I am amazed that wellstar has so little care for the well-being of their patients. What kind of health care is that? Why even bother going to your doctor if you can't get the test they order? I am so sorry that i chose wellstar.
