I have concerns about the touchscreen used during check-in from a hygiene perspective. With multiple patients using the same screen, it could potentially become a vector for germ transmission. Perhaps consider alternatives like disposable styluses, frequent disinfection protocols, or a staff-assisted check-in process to minimize direct contact with shared surfaces.

I have been to this urgent care multiple times. I will tell you that the nurses and doctors are kind and patient. The only problem is the front desk. I am not sure what this employee's name is, but she has never been pleasant. Just when you think she might be kind, that changes quickly. I understand the stress of a job, but it is not that difficult to be cordial.

I was waiting from 10 to 11:45 in the room with a very sharp headache and asked for medication no one give me anything! I ordered my Xray by myself after they provided me with the phone number I need to call and have to do it myself! After one and a half hours different doctor came in the room and told me the results of my Xray! Was horrible waiting in the room!!!!!
