Yeah, I was told that it wouldn't be that long and it ended up being close to an hour and a half before I got to see the provider. And that was frustrating. The provider, Dr. Buch, was great. Thank you.

The WellStar Health Park is amazing. Someone at the desk often speaks to me when I come through the door. The doctors offices I have been in have been friendly and efficient. The lab section is very helpful, even though they are often very busy and overworked, but the technicians take time to talk to you and explain things. It all combines to make being sick a little easier!

The entire reason for my visit was extreme shoulder pain caused by falling on it during a softball practice. I had not been able to sleep for two nights and I was hoping for some relief. I explained that I had been using cold packs and Tylenol for that. After the x-ray showed no broken bones, the extent of the doctors advice was strangely, Tylenol and cold packs. Maybe I'm expecting too much of the American medical system but in the 2400 odd years since Hippocrates I was hoping for a little bit more. The Dr. was extremely pleasant, but did not actually examine my shoulder at all, and only had me move it slightly. I do not feel like my actual concerns were heard and if they were, they might've been able to tell me that they would not be able to give me any relief for pain at all. I would've appreciated that much more.

The doctor wanted to rush me out and didn't seem to take my symptoms seriously. Didn't even examine my ear, nose or throat when that was my primary reason for coming in.

I was obviously not doing well and could barely stand yet the lady at the front desk continued to sigh and seemed upset with me that I was unable to perform tasks at her convenience. She then got agitated that my sign in wasn't done to her liking (granted I was almost falling over) She just seemed short and not very kind where I was feeling terrible and could have used some kindness and care

They would have to do an X-RAY, I felt pain for several days, they didn't talk about the bandages I should change, they didn't say anything if there was pain. I felt pain several times, they only said to come back 7 days later to remove the stitches. I am diabetic and was worried They should have explained more about my injury. Congratulations for evaluating the patient, thank you.

The doctor was very nice, but I told her that I thought I had the flu. She did a test and I did not. But I told her that I had a sore throat and she didn't even look at my throat or ears.

I didn't love the touch screen check in because it included long read documents requiring signature and I felt like I didn't have time to read it. Others waiting to check in and reception desk were not acknowledging check ins - I guess they were occupied with something else. We didn't have any exchange while I waited. Nurse and doc were kind and caring.

Everything was great except when I signed in in on computer it asked me all the same questions that I had already filled out on line. I shouldn't have had to fill out again and when I asked desk person they disregarded so I filled out the rest which ended up making another account for me. Some how the computer or the desk person should tell you if you have an appointment and already filled out everything on line you don't have to do it again. Very frustrating

My husband took my daughter on Jan 6th to the Urgent care since she was complaining of ear pain and fever. The attendant had poor bedside manners, did not take my daughter's concern of ear pain seriously which resulted in a ruptured ear drum and pus oozing from her ears the next day. We ended up rushing my daughter to her PCP who prescribed Antibiotics. My daughter suffered the whole night with extreme ear pain and discomfort. The doctor was rude and not understanding.

I was obviously not doing well and could barely stand yet the lady at the front desk continued to sigh and seemed upset with me that I was unable to perform tasks at her convenience. Everything was great except when I signed in in on computer it asked me all the same questions that I had already filled out on line. I shouldn't have had to fill out again and when I asked desk person they disregarded so I filled out the rest which ended up making another account for me. Some how the computer or the desk person should tell you if you have an appointment and already filled out everything on line you don't have to do it again. Very frustrating

They would have to do an X-RAY, I felt pain for several days, they didn't talk about the bandages I should change, they didn't say anything if there was pain. I felt pain several times, they only said to come back 7 days later to remove the stitches. I am diabetic and was worried They should have explained more about my injury. Congratulations for evaluating the patient, thank you.

The doctor was very nice, but I told her that I thought I had the flu. She did a test and I did not. But I told her that I had a sore throat and she didn't even look at my throat or ears.

I was obviously not doing well and could barely stand yet the lady at the front desk continued to sigh and seemed upset with me that I was unable to perform tasks at her convenience. She then got agitated that my sign in wasn't done to her liking (granted I was almost falling over) She just seemed short and not very kind where I was feeling terrible and could have used some kindness and care

The doctor wanted to rush me out and didn't seem to take my symptoms seriously. Didn't even examine my ear, nose or throat when that was my primary reason for coming in.

The entire reason for my visit was extreme shoulder pain caused by falling on it during a softball practice. I had not been able to sleep for two nights and I was hoping for some relief. I explained that I had been using cold packs and Tylenol for that. After the x-ray showed no broken bones, the extent of the doctors advice was strangely, Tylenol and cold packs. Maybe I'm expecting too much of the American medical system but in the 2400 odd years since Hippocrates I was hoping for a little bit more. The Dr. was extremely pleasant, but did not actually examine my shoulder at all, and only had me move it slightly. I do not feel like my actual concerns were heard and if they were, they might've been able to tell me that they would not be able to give me any relief for pain at all. I would've appreciated that much more.

The WellStar Health Park is amazing. Someone at the desk often speaks to me when I come through the door. The doctors offices I have been in have been friendly and efficient. The lab section is very helpful, even though they are often very busy and overworked, but the technicians take time to talk to you and explain things. It all combines to make being sick a little easier!

Yeah, I was told that it wouldn't be that long and it ended up being close to an hour and a half before I got to see the provider. And that was frustrating. The provider, Dr. Buch, was great. Thank you.
