My wife brought my kid in after he spent the night with fever and they had to wait for almost 3 hours at the waiting room before they were called to a room and each time they asked the lady at the front desk would only tell them they had to wait, while a dozen other people would arrive after them and be seen before my kid. It is ridiculous to have a sick kid waiting in the waiting room that long!

Dr. Buch is amazing! She explained everything she was doing with care and concern, she was patient, calm, and very knowledgeable about what she was doing. I would highly recommend and would want to see her again if I was in the urgent care in the near future! Great work, Wellstar!

I have concerns about the touchscreen used during check-in from a hygiene perspective. With multiple patients using the same screen, it could potentially become a vector for germ transmission. Perhaps consider alternatives like disposable styluses, frequent disinfection protocols, or a staff-assisted check-in process to minimize direct contact with shared surfaces.

I have been to this urgent care multiple times. I will tell you that the nurses and doctors are kind and patient. The only problem is the front desk. I am not sure what this employee's name is, but she has never been pleasant. Just when you think she might be kind, that changes quickly. I understand the stress of a job, but it is not that difficult to be cordial.
