I had my first visit with Dr. Rowe, and I must say-it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Rowe was absolutely amazing: warm, thorough, and attentive. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident and cared for. The office staff was equally pleasant and professional, greeting me with genuine smiles and kindness. From start to finish, I felt valued. I truly believe I'm going to enjoy being a patient of Dr. Rowe!

Had my initial Medicare health screening. It was mostly questions most were specific and I was able to address my concerns and received referrals.

The lab was closed at this location. Apparently the staff has no idea until day of. That's not acceptable. When I suggested they could let patients know, on day of, when they find out. They said there is no way to contact patients. That's insane. It is 2025. I had to rearrange my day to go to another facility where I waited an hour to have blood drawn. I will be finding a new doctor completely outside of wellstar as this isn't the first time I've had issues like this within wellstar. Get it together. Stop passing problems onto your staff and patients while probably 15 people at the top make insane greedy money. Shame on you. You're what is wrong with this country.

The lab was closed at this location. Apparently the staff has no idea until day of. That's not acceptable. When I suggested they could let patients know, on day of, when they find out. They said there is no way to contact patients. That's insane. It is 2025. I had to rearrange my day to go to another facility where I waited an hour to have blood drawn.
