My doctor was very rude and he stereotyped me. He was not helpful with my problems and would not listen to me. He also showed little to no concern with what was wrong with me. All together he wasn't helpful he was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to any friends or family.

It was helpful to learn the cost of an x-ray beforehand. However, they told me the cost of an X-ray after my insurance (20% coinsurance) was $326. That is an extremely expensive X-ray and we left and needed to go somewhere else to get the proper care.

I was extremely happy with the entire experience and so glad to know this facility exists. I will be using it again when needed. Honestly it was one of the most positive medical interactions I've had in a long time. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 on all counts.

The front desk didnt even call my place of employment till I had already sat there for along time. I could barely walk a nurse came outside and put me in a wheelchair she didn't work in the urgent care I was so relieved and touched by the way she went out of her way the check in nurses at the front desk my nurses my doctor my xray nurses treated me like royalty I was having such a terrible time and so scared and everyone was so awesome thank you for all you do I have been with wellstar for 20 years and will never go anywhere else thank you again
