Reduce exam room wait times.

People were all around friendly made you feel welcome to come in

The only problem was that I booked the appointment through zocdoc and the appointment did not get set up in Wellstar's system. The receptionist said that has been happening with that site.

Went the first time around 12:30 and was told the first appointment was at 4:30. Only three other patients were in the waiting room. Came back at 4:30 and the waiting room was filled. Never left until 7:00. Was pleased otherwise

The front desk lady who registered was a bit rude but other than that the experience was delightful.

Thank you for the opportunity to allow me to leave feedback. I think the facility is really good. It's clean, staff very friendly. One recommendation I have is for the doctors or staff before interacting with the child to make sure that they know the child's name and gender from the child's intake form so they do not misgender the child upon entering the room. That's all. Thank you.

There was quite a wait and it would have been nice ot have been informed as to how long it would be. The Dr. was nice, but seemed to have his mind made up before he met me what was wrong. He said he got all his intel from the aide who met with me first. I am new to Wellstar and he knew I needed a primary care physician. He said he would recommend one, wihtout saying how that transaction would take place. I found out later you have some sort of referral system which he did put in to place. Thank you.

I am thrilled to have Wellstar Avalon around the corner from where I live. Everyone on staff, including the doctor, has been delightful. Very efficiently run practice. I highly recommend them.
