I find that it is uncomfortable that everything has to go through my chart. Unfortunately you can't even call in to ask to assist with a prescription without someone referring you to my chart, and if you tell them that you don't understand how to maneuver with my Chart, or make the request appropriately, you feel like you're ignored. I also don't feel that it's very necessary to not be able to speak directly to a doctor, but more so only dealing with a midwife, or a nurse. I do think at some point the doctor should automatically, without the patient requesting it, meet with the patient to make sure that they are comfortable, you know, being in a situation where they are pregnant, and they are getting ready to deliver a child

I was supposed to receive a call with feedback and I never got a call and I was, I was also she left a message on my my chart saying that she was going to have someone call me and schedule a visit and I never received that at all. So this two things I'm upset about that I haven't received my call and I didn't get a reschedule call visit Thanks.

Miss Kristine is a wonderful provider. She's very patient and she is thorough and answers any questions that I ever have. She takes time out of her day to stay longer if I have more questions. She makes me feel very safe and comfortable and I feel this way with the staff, as well. Everyone is very welcoming and nice and I have been using this practice for years and I don't plan to ever leave. It's a great place and I would recommend to anybody around the Douglasville area or surrounding areas. It's a great practice and I really do appreciate all the staff members, and all the doctors that work there.
