I called the office with a concern. I spoke with the nurse (at least I believe it was a nurse). The nurse told me to bring my daughter in immediately. I said I had a well visit coming up, but she said that was not soon enough. I came in the next day to see the doctor. When the doctor asked me about 3 questions , she said oh that's not a major concern. We expect a little of that ---, unless she shows ---- it is not anything that we consider atypical. So then how did the nurse get it so wrong? The information that I provided the nurse with was enough for her to make the decision, and she unnecessarily told me to come in.

I love going to this office at Wellstar pediatrics. All the doctors and nurses has always been great for the last four years we've been going. We moved from out of state and it was hard to find a provider, but once I was here, I knew It was a great fit for my daughter. I love the atmosphere. Everybody's been very cheerful. Any concern I've ever had they've always taken it seriously and Given me options and always have listened to me.

Hi, this is my son's first time being with this practice. And I can say the front office process was very succinct. They were very nice. And the medical assistant was also very nice. But Ms. Gaffney was amazing. And we will definitely be using her again. My son felt very comfortable and kept talking about how much he liked his new pediatrician. So we will definitely be back.

Kristin Gaffney was the provider we saw and she seemed to jump to conclusions very quickly and instead of calmly explaining to me what she was hearing immediately told me I needed to take my daughter to the ER via an ambulance. She talked to me in medical terminology and I had to ask her to clarify what she was saying. The whole experience was very jarring and upsetting. I would highly suggest she work on her patient relationships. We had a late appointment so I know people are ready to go home, but she treated us like we were just a number and she was trying to rush us out. The other staff members were friendly and helpful but I will make sure we never see this same PA again.
