I was just disappointed that when I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment because they had canceled me even though it was a pre-op visit for my operation next week. But I was told the doctor was not available and that I should have received a call canceling it. And then they did put me with a nurse practitioner and at first they said that I didn't even have an appointment. So it was very disconcerting to come for an appointment for pre-op and be told that doctor's not there, you don't have an appointment, oh but the nurse practitioner can see you.
