I think you can most improve by responding to the inquiries or the questions pertaining to whether it's prescriptions or if you have a health issue that you're dealing with that's very urgent. I think it's very important to listen to the patient and then carry out and make sure that they are connected to the right sources. If they have the necessary medical study or whatever they need to have done in an efficient way and in a timely fashion, I think it's really important. Thank you.

She's definitely very knowledgeable, and she gave us really good ideas how to manage her condition, like going to an adult daycare and things like that. So I would recommend her very highly, and the nursing staff and the support staff were amazing as well.
