The doctor had a very poor bedside manner. Upon entering the exam room she didn't even introduce herself. My mother was there for a consultation for dementia. I took the time to send a detailed listing of my concerns prior to her appointment so the doctor would have the background. I even called the office to confirm the best way to get the information to the doctor. At the appointment, the doctor was not even aware of what I sent, so she had not reviewed it. The doctor showed little interest and absolutely no concern or empathy. We waited six months for this appointment and now we're looking at starting over from the beginning with another practice and having to wait another extended period of time. My mother is declining rapidly and we don't have that kind of time. I've been using Wellstar for many years and see several different Wellstar doctors myself and I have never had such a negative experience. This took what was already a difficult situation with my mother and made it much worse by how it was handled by the doctor. I cannot express how truly disappointed I am with this entire experience.

This was a virtual appointment scheduled. What was done very well was I wasn't able to get through on the system, and someone from the office did try to help me and gave me the number, but when I called the number for technical support, it was a voicemail. So what didn't happen was that no one called me back to reschedule the appointment. I ended up figuring it out, but no one called me back to reschedule.

Have several issues going on at once. My worry of stroke was answered. Working on headaches. Hope this solves the numbness n tingling. To me my left side doesn't work like the right. Not that it can't do what right side can. It is it don't do it as the right side and this is a severe problem to me. In I was understood. That is a great relief.

I think you can most improve by responding to the inquiries or the questions pertaining to whether it's prescriptions or if you have a health issue that you're dealing with that's very urgent. I think it's very important to listen to the patient and then carry out and make sure that they are connected to the right sources. If they have the necessary medical study or whatever they need to have done in an efficient way and in a timely fashion, I think it's really important. Thank you.
