Everything with the main appointment was perfect as usual. The experience with the Wellstar labs visit at 1700 hospital S Dr in Austell GA was not, I waiting over an hour to get seen only to be told that the location doesn't so self pay, when I asked if that was a new change I was told no they've never done self pay which isn't true, I've gotten blood work done there 2-3 times before and self paid, I left that office very disappointed for the first time with a wellstar visit of any kind.
