I love Wellstar and truly mean it. You have so many great care workers. Literally any staff member I've encountered during the past 20 weeks has been God sent. I'm Not sure of your hiring practices but keep up the good work! Yall are amazing and I thank you for everyone who has touched me. I have a little baby in nick and I'm so grateful I delivered there

Dr Milhouse and her team were fantastic! From check in with Anna to Dr Milhouse, they listened to my concerns and were so friendly. This was my first visit with them and they put me at ease.

I did not have a problem it was just a yearly Pap smear . I waited entirely too long in the waiting g room and the exam room. I told her I wanted an ultrasound rather then a mama gram & did not like her answer .

Staff should be trained in sensitivity and patient awareness. When I attended my D&C follow-up after a miscarriage, the nurse who took my vitals asked how my new baby was doing. That was very triggering and not helpful for the grief and depression I am currently battling.

I did not have a good experience this visit. This was my first time with this provider (Dr. Milhouse). The Dr did a courtesy knock and walked in the room before I could say I was decent. The dr did not introduce herself to me and just told me my BP was high. I was anxious and nervous and this Dr did not seem to care or do anything to try to calm my nerves. The exam was conducted while I was trying to express my concerns. I was told I needed to "compose myself" and to have my BP rechecked. After this I was told my appt was over and to head to the front. This confused me because I thought the dr was going to speak to me again about my refill options. I was told by the medical assist that the Dr had left and was no longer there. While I was leaving the building the Dr called me on my phone to finish up the appt. I asked to come back up to speak face to face but ended up finishing my communication on the phone. I understand this was a miscommunication among the staff but this was a very weird experience. I'm hoping this was an off day for this Dr because if not I am concerned about her bedside manner with other patients. There were no emotions or caring nature from this provider. It felt like the Dr was bothered by my questions and concerns and I was not happy when I left.

Hi, my physician's assistant, if that's what you guys call her, she was really awesome. The doctors seemed pretty quick and easy too. It was just really hard to get to y'all's relocated place because the place never called me and told me about the new address and when I got there the address was wrong and then I went there and I could not find the building properly even if I called them multiple times. You should really write those directions down for future reference for other people until you're back at your usual location because that was really not pleasant and I had to walk around for 35 minutes to find y'all's location. I'd appreciate it if you did that for other people. Thanks.
