I feel that what they should improve is to have speaking staff that is bilingual since not all people speak English very well and sometimes the person has difficulty speaking or to provide a translator or a person who speaks Spanish.

Before I met with the Dr and was with the nurse who checked my weight a blood presser another patient walked in and took over the conversation while I was discussing a personal matter. The space seemed too open and like a common space rather than more private. The Dr and nurse during my exam was great. The assistant that took my weight was fine but the experience in that area was not.

Both the nurse that did the check-in and the doctor were extremely friendly, extremely compassionate and extremely informative. I enjoyed both of them very much. I will definitely be returning. I look to keep Dr. K as my permanent gynecologist. She was awesome and the nurse, Dolores, was also awesome as well.
