The front desk was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes before being called back. The nurse was so nice and positive and cheerful and this was at 8:30 in the morning. Kimberly Janflone is the best. She is concerned with any problems you are having and gives you all the time you need to discuss your concerns. Her follow-up is excellent. I have recommended her to numerous friends and in fact, recommend her to another friend when I left this appointment.

The only negative was at the lab giving a urine sample. I went in and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. When I went to place my urine sample, there were four other samples sitting there. Anyone could have tampered or used samples. That was a bit of a concern. I did not like leaving my sample with another person just behind me getting ready to do the same. I think samples should be picked up immediately.
