Kim and nurse were very good about taking care of my medical BP, temp, weight, medicines, etc. and flu shot. Kim is very good at making sure I am healthy with my way of walking with a bad back and alone by myself. She makes sure I have lab for blood tests every time also, for my age. They are very good medical help. Thank you.

The "centralized scheduling" system is a nightmare ! Having to verify my name, spell my name,, address, email, phone, insurance, emergency contact ... then asked to schedule my next physical - 8 months away - Then placed on hold over 20 minutes .... I thought they forgot about me ... so I hung up & called back ... Got another person answered and I had to repeat EVERYTHING a second time was put on hold for another 20 minutes - the woman said she was just doing her "due diligence" ... extremely frustrating ... my information has been the same over 30 years - AND is all in "My Chart" .... And just calling video visit Kim Janflone for an Alprazolam refill !!!! That is ridiculous... please find another "appt scheduling system" !!!!
