All the staff has always treated me very well, they are very attentive to what I want to explain to them, I want them to explain the workshop to me, I see clearly, this is an English-speaking country, I understand it, but in my case I don't speak Spanish. I would like there to be more staff who speak Spanish, in fact there is, but I would like there to be a little more grateful for all that attention, thank you.

I had called the day before to see if my appointment was for the glucose test and the lady said yes. I drive an hour to go to this specific obgyn and when I get there I'm told the lab is closed for the day that they are referring everyone to a different place or I could just come back the next day. Not only was I there 5 minutes but I had to pay for the parking. And at the other location I also had to pay for that parking as well. They definitely should've told me the lab was closed when I called the day before or they need to reach out to everyone that is suppose to have lab work done and see if they'd like to reschedule. Worst time I've had at this location so far. Was not happy. The. On top of it when I seen the doctor for 5 minutes she tells me I'm not sure why they would schedule you this week when we do the in depth ultrasound at 20 weeks. I'm 19 weeks 1 day. So now I'll have to go back next week.

Kimberley was absolutely amazing. I felt safe in her presence. She was extremely thorough. She was patient. She didn't rush me at all. In fact, I got her schedule, her work schedule, from the receptionist up front just to see if she could possibly be on call when I go into labor. She was amazing. I felt really confident. Even after my appointment, she pulled me to the side and said, hey, your iron is low and we're going to need to check that. It was extremely impressive. She could have just let me walk out of the door, but she made sure that I had even extra information regarding my health.

Kimberley Long has been by far my favorite midwife I've seen in the practice. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in our upcoming birth. She came prepared to ask us questions. This was important to me because I often feel like I have to come with a million questions that I'm not even sure to ask because I'm a first time mom. She was empathetic to all my concerns and was just very lovely. I hope she is there to deliver our baby!

Kimberley is great. I really appreciate her attentiveness and her listening. The only thing that I think can be improved on is appointment settings. When I left, Kimberley had scheduled a 36-week growth scan, and the woman that checked me out, I guess, didn't see it or didn't read it. And so, it was only because my husband asked when I was doing it that I noticed it wasn't scheduled and called back to schedule it. And I feel like I could have just not even realized it wasn't scheduled until it was much closer and it would have been more of a pain. But other than that, great visit.

They definitely should've told me the lab was closed when I called the day before or they need to reach out to everyone that is suppose to have lab work done and see if they'd like to reschedule.
