The overall experience was great! Dr. Hensarling is very compassionate and she explained everything I was concerned about. Her nurse Reshyra was very compassionate as well. She listened to all of my issues. The ladies in the front was very sweet! Everyone in the office is so welcoming! I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this office!

From the staff answering my call to book my new patient appointment to the front desk staff to the medical staff in the back, every staff member at Wellstar Gynecology treated me so nice. It was a breath of fresh air compared to my last OBGYN office where I felt rushed and like just another number in the quota. The West Point office was super convenient for me, extremely clean and an overall appealing office to visit. I followed Dr. Hensarling to Wellstar because of the great care she took of me in the past and I am so glad I did. She took time to listen to my health concerns and gave me answers. Her staff was extremely professional and kind. I have recommended all of my friends and family to visit Dr. Hensarling at Wellstar.
