The staff was very friendly and helpful. Period. The scheduler was also extremely helpful. And the doctor was amazing, providing me with answers that I've been looking for.

When I arrived, I went in the wrong door, and the staff at that back door were amazing. They checked me in, explained where the front door was, and took me to the waiting room. The medical assistant was professional, kind, and helpful. Dr. H was fantastic. I knew already because she delivered some of my grandchildren. The experience took a turn when it came time to check out. The staff at the front were terrible. I needed a return visit. I was told "it's 4:40", well, I still needed a return visit. After a big sigh and an eye roll, she made the appointment. Then I tried to pay my copay. I was told "I already put up the drawer, you can pay online." Now, as someone who has managed the front desk at more than one practice, I know you can still take a debit payment after closing the drawer. The staff in that area need serious education on professional and courteous behavior.

When I arrived, I went in the wrong door, and the staff at that back door were amazing. They checked me in, explained where the front door was, and took me to the waiting room. The medical assistant was professional, kind, and helpful. Dr. H was fantastic. I knew already because she delivered some of my grandchildren. The experience took a turn when it came time to check out. The staff at the front were terrible. I needed a return visit. I was told "it's 4:40", well, I still needed a return visit. After a big sigh and an eye roll, she made the appointment. Then I tried to pay my copay. I was told "I already put up the drawer, you can pay online." Now, as someone who has managed the front desk at more than one practice, I know you can still take a debit payment after closing the drawer. The staff in that area need serious education on professional and courteous behavior.
