Kendra was great - she had me laughing and kept me distracted enough that I had no idea she was about to pull the drain out of my side. It was unexpected and hurt a little, but I believe her 100% when she told me that it would have been worse if I hadn't been laughing, distracted and she had taken it out slowly. She was great! :)
