The only downside is the lack of communication regarding wait time. I was told to connect to teledoc 15 mins before the scheduled appointment. I had to call the office after waiting 30 mins waiting for the triage nurse's call. At no point during the call, with the triage nurse, was it communicated that there will be an addition 15-20 min wait to speak with the practitioner or if there is a need to use the restroom what the procedures are. When not feeling well and waiting in a car, great customer service would be effective communication, setting expectations, and anticipating the needs of a patient. Kelsey was great. She apologized for the delay. Took it upon herself to perform the tests instead of waiting longer for a nurse. She provided a plan of action whether the test was positive or negative and the expectation of when the results would be out and next steps in communication.
