Even though I am moving away to an all new location in Georgia I must say that my experience with Dr. Kaynessa Providence was the best! I found her to be knowledgeable, very, very kind, patient, highly intelligent, and very respectful. And just plain nice. It had been a pleasure having her as my primary care physician.

Doctor that treated me said that I should get X-ray of my lower back since my pain was high. She also said that I have to have my back checked by a back specialist. But she did not give me any information or recommendation on any of these specialists.

Parking at this facility at best is atrocious. I had to circle the building 3 times, had traffic back up behind me while waiting and hoping a space would become available; and there is nowhere else to park. It appears the planer(s) did everything but find a solution to what had to be known problem initially.

During a recent visit with Dr Providence. I felt judged by her body language and facial expressions suggested she was assessing me more critically than medically. At one point, she attempted to perform auscultation through my jacket, which didn't seem thorough or professional to me. While she listened to my concerns, I felt that her approach lacked empathy. Dr Providence quickly referred me to a specialist which ended up being unhelpful, making me feel like it was a hasty decision. Overall, the experience left me feeling dissatisfied.

Dr. Providence is very thorough and asked questions pertaining to my health and wanted to make sure I understood everything she advised. She also asked me if I had any questions, in which I did. She answered my questions and made sure I understood her response. She and I seem to have a good rapport with each other, even though we have seen each other only a few times. I have confidence in her ability to treat me.

I really can't figure out why I have to make an appearance to get two prescriptions refilled when they took no blood or did any labs on me. I had to pay $116 over my Medicare and supplemental insurances. That just doesn't make any sense.
