We had an amazing experience at this location! We were worried about logistics with checkin and our child being newly adopted, but the entire staff, from front office all the way through the nurse and then the provider, were so helpful and made us feel welcome. We are excited to have moved our daughter's care to Creekside and will not be going anywhere anytime soon!

I feel that I wasn't given enough information. I was told it was allergies but didn't identify the cough.

This practice has always been our favorite. We are actually a two-generation family coming there, now bringing my granddaughter after Dr. Huck has treated my daughter since she was little. I will say that this was the first time we had ever met with Nurse Gerhardt and she was absolutely wonderful and we will not hesitate to make appointments with her in the future.

Ms Kathy is always very informative when giving the diagnosis. Her nurse Ashley is fantastic. My daughter felt comfortable with her giving the swabs. She was super fast and talked with her to calm her nerves.

My son had a same day sick appointment scheduled for 3:00. When I got there the lady at the front desk asked for the last name and then asked us to be seated. We sat there forever, after 45 minutes I went and asked what the deal was and her reaction was OMG...let me go to the back and check....which means she forgot to check us in. After that she yelled to where we were seated and said they would be out in a few minutes. Then as I was sitting in the room at 3:52, I received a text stating my appointment has been rescheduled to 4:00. I dont want to take away from the nurse that saw my son, she was great. Payment was never taken or discussed so im guessing since she screwed up she was too embarrassed to call me back to the front desk. Very disappointing to be sitting in the waiting room that long with a sick child.
