They tell you to come at 7:45 for an 8:00 AM appointment and the office doors do not open until 8. So one has to stand in the hallway and wait. Not easy when you rely on a walker for mobility.

They do not respond to their patients request either from My Chart or phone messages ,and this is unacceptable. I have had my primary physician send messages to their practice with no response. Not sure what is happening, but something needs to change.

After the appointment I went back to the receptionist to add two meds that I currently take that weren't on the list, was told I would have to wait until the next appointment to add them to my med list because the Dr had already signed off on this appointment and nothing could be changed. Was told I could go on my chart and do it myself, Really?
