A nurse practitioner absolutely addressed my concerns. She listened to my clinical concerns as well as my administrative concerns about the office. She was very thorough and prompt in getting prescriptions refilled, and she was very clear with directions. I think one thing you could do better is the hold times when you're calling in to try and actually make an appointment.

Ironically, I've cleaned up my life b/c of neck pain/pain management. Making lemon aid out of lemons, I'm healthier now that alcohol is out of my life. Lyrica helps me function and want to live. I get the most out of lyrica when I don't drink. A positive from our relationship has been counseling me on the benefit of quitting alcohol. Thank you!
