I felt like it was very easy to get in. When I called the first time, I got a same-day appointment. I do not feel that I was listened to very carefully at that appointment. When she checked my daughter's lungs, it was very quick. And then two days later, we ended up having to go back for a diagnosis of pneumonia that I feel like we could have caught on the first time that we went, had there been a little bit more thorough listening to of her lungs.

Dr. Impin and her nurse, Sarah, are great and very thorough and work well with kids. The front office staff is always very kind and helpful when checking in and checking out. They also attended to me the very next day in obtaining a doctor's note for my child's school. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for all you do.

I understand that having my second child present for my son's appointment was distracting and under normal circumstances, I try not to have both children present. However, the doctor made me feel like more of a burden and incompetent for the questions I was asking regarding my son's health. I have been bringing my children to this practice since my son was born in 2017, but after this visit I may be seeking an alternate provider. The last couple of visits for my son have left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously and were instead being brushed off.
