The provider Mrs. Katherine Tillem was awesome, she listened to me and she showed that she cares for her patients. Mrs. Katherine did not waste any time when it came to finding out what is going on with me. Her nurse and her a great, I definitely will recommend them. All crew was awesome.

From check-in to check-out, every member of the team was exceptionally professional, patient, and thorough. Nurse Q was well-groomed, organized, and displayed excellent bedside manner. Dr. Tillem took her time to thoughtfully address all of my questions and concerns, and clearly walked me through the next steps. Kayla was also incredibly patient while helping me schedule my procedure and even provided a direct contact number in case I needed to make any changes. I truly appreciated the care and attention from everyone I interacted with.

I did not understand the 2 service lines sharing an office space on the same day. The lights were off in the whole hallway except for emergency lighting. I ask why the lights were off and was told it's too bright with the lights on. No one washed their hands entering or leaving the room. Signs were posted in the exam room telling patients not to sit on the exam bed/table that it was not safe or in the staff chair. I was never told the doctors name who would be doing the procedure until I ask at the end of the visit. I just did not get a good feeling about this office being in charge of my care. NP was very nice. She listened to me and I appreciated that. Her explanation and description of what to expect seemed memorized. Everyone said all the right things but I did not feel like this was the doctor for me.
