I had such a good experience with her and she gave me so much hope for my life and my treatment and especially with the news that I'm pre-diabetic now, so I'm working on that, but also I never thought that I'd be able to have access to hormones so soon and Katherine has provided me with an answer for that and I just, I feel revived in such a beautiful way and I just want to thank Katherine for that, so please let her know how amazing and special and awesome that she is. Your front desk, there were two women there that were having a personal conversation. And when I went to check in, they didn't even acknowledge me. It must have been several minutes that went by before they finally stopped their conversation and acknowledged me. This is not unusual. And it's the reason why so many times I thought about leaving the practice.

Two people were on their cell phones while I was standing there ready to check in. Finally one of them looked up ( after 3 or 4 min) and said are you checking in? I felt like I was interrupting their personal life. They were both on their cell phones again after I sat down.

They called me back late and then the doctor wasn't there. I had to see the NP which wasn't that useful. The worst part was I had to wait over an hour to have my blood drawn. That's just unacceptable. You have to sort that out. More than two hours for a basic physical is awful.
