My experience with the nurse I saw and the receptionist was great. My experience making the appointment was terrible. Apparently my appointment had been cancelled and I was absolutely not contacted about it. When I showed up the people I spoke to were great but i do not appreciate my appointment being cancelled!!

Plus, she saved me an additional visit by performing the diabetic foot exam Dr. Bowles wanted to do next month and getting a blood test for A1C since I was going to the Lab that day for x-rays of my hand. Terrific professionalism and time management!
