It was a very good experience. Everyone involved was very polite, very caring and very sensitive to the topics that I discussed. Only thing is, if the wait times once you get into the, your doctor's room could be a bit shorter, that'd be great because I was in there for about 15 minutes just waiting. If I could get shorter, that'd be great. But it was a good experience.

The girl that took my blood pressure and such was very nice and helpful. The doctor however, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I came in for my yearly checkup/physical and the doctor belittled and disrespected me. She dismissed my issues and did not take me seriously. I was treated VERY poorly and as a result, I left the appointment crying.

As an employee. I did not know the clinic was operating with the Urgent Care . I wish it operated separately so I could have returned to work quicker. I'm not sure if there's an employer health at each main hospital to service needs like sore throat, headache, stomach ache... if there is the info should be made more available. Outside that comment that is not related to the workers of the clinic - the experience was good based on the provider being detailed with my next steps to get better .i hope her recommendations aids in a recovery .

Actually I did go to get my TT shot but she asked me when did I get the shot I basically don't remember so she just gave me the medication that's all..... my purpose of going to the check up was not actually done

I came in for a TB test , and recently received an email regarding my results. The testing could not be completed and was cancelled because their wasn't a proper patient identification label on the container, so I am very disappointed, now that I have to return back to the clinic and have the test done again. It is such an inconvenience to me ! I am not happy about this.
