I would say that WellStar, it does a great job because it gave me the information of what I need for my medication and what I have. And I would say that it did a great job and I would like to give a good feedback to WellStar.

The staff from the front desk, to the tech, the the provider, to the phlebotomist, were all so so kind and caring! They did a great job and anticipated my needs, and were exceptionally through!! I'd recommend them to anyone and would 110% return! They really have a great team there!

It was a very good experience. Everyone involved was very polite, very caring and very sensitive to the topics that I discussed. Only thing is, if the wait times once you get into the, your doctor's room could be a bit shorter, that'd be great because I was in there for about 15 minutes just waiting. If I could get shorter, that'd be great. But it was a good experience.
