Excellent doctor.

Had a 2:20 appointment. Did did not get called from waiting room for at least 90 minutes. The x ray was finally completed at 4:40 and the results were not provided for nearly an hour. We got there at 2:05 as requested for the 2:20 appointment, and we did not get to leave until at least 3.5 hours later. Multiple times, we heard the excuse "we're busy". Very unacceptable.

My only complaint was that after the doctor left the room, the nurse came back and brought me my paperwork. I asked her to clarify what diagnosis the doctor had said - I couldn't remember it all. She said she didn't know and just handed me the paperwork. I think she should have offered to check with the doctor for me.

I felt truly cared for by all of the staff that I encountered. The nurses and doctor took extra care to be sure I felt understood and cared for. The doctor even spent some time at the end answering my questions about test results. I was very impressed with the entire experience. The CT tech was also wonderful and explained the procedure thoroughly.
