This is THE BEST Wellstar facility I have ever visited!! Dr. Karensa Franklin is INCREDIBLE!! So empathetic, knowledgeable and even able to do my annual pap same time as a physical! Possibly the best Primary Care doctor I have seen in my life. The nursing staff and support staff were also PHENOMENAL!!! Kudos to this primary care office! Seamless from front to back. They even helped to resolve billing concerns.

I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dr. Franklin during a Telehealth visit with Wellstar. She was not the doctor I initially requested, but I was told by the front office that they couldn't switch my provider to an earlier appointment, so I had no choice but to proceed with her. Unfortunately, Dr. Franklin was completely unwilling to help me. As soon as the visit started, she informed me that because I was not one of her established PCP patients, she could not see me or provide treatment unless I was willing to switch to her care permanently. Instead of assisting me with my medical concerns, she dismissed me entirely, leaving me without the help I needed. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If Wellstar is going to assign alternate providers when scheduling conflicts arise, those doctors should still be willing to provide care, not turn patients away. I felt unheard, disregarded, and completely let down. I will be looking for medical care elsewhere, as I cannot trust a system that treats patients this way.
