Check in process is poor. Signing some pretty important documents that I don't get to see and are orally summarized into a single sentence is sketchy and on the fringes of unethical. Why do you want me to sign the documents? Because it's really important to Wellstar, but not letting me see them makes it look like I shouldn't care or you think I won't understand them or you are they if to hide something. If the documents are important enough for me to have to sign them, have the decency to let me see them.
