Absolutely fantastic customer service from everyone I interacted with. I did come the evening before but they were no longer taking patients even though the website said there was no wait. This is no reflection on the facility, they handled it politely. I just wish there was a way to know that they stopped taking patients 1.5 hrs before they closed.

Dr. Patel and his staff were all kind, courteous, compassionate and very professional. His prescription for me has already starting to make me feel better. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I came for respiratory problems I was aching and in terrible pain and they were more concerned about my high BP. I told them multiple times it was always high and I take 3 meds for it. I left your office with Benzonatate for my cough. Was told it was a bad cold. I stayed over 2 hours in the exam room. Had to go to another doctor and was told I had a respiratory virus and received some meds for it.

I come to urgent care when I am sick and don't feel well after doing what I can to feel better. When you don't feel well you definitely expect to be treated kindly. I didn't feel this way with this visit. I didn't feel listened to or heard or seen. The nurse nearly gagged me with a strep test and Im not certain if the covid/flu test was administered correctly. It wasn't that busy which was a relief, but maybe this is why.

We had a very great experience because we had a three-year-old and everyone was working hard to make sure we got something resolved. Everyone really worked so hard, the doctor, the nurses, the medical assistants. It was a great experience. So we just wanted to give that feedback and just to let them know we appreciate it. We could not have had a better experience with Dr. Patel. Our son was very upset and scared and Dr. Patel was so kind and gentle with him. I've never seen our son calm down like that at the doctor's office. Loved our experience here!

In fact we both ended up there this morning with similar issues. Dr. Patel kindly put us together and spoke to both of us. It was our 46th anniversary as well. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel was really lovely. Caring, attentive, curious and most important, I felt he wanted to help me feel better. The person who did the initial medical intake and vitals seemed distracted and wasn't very engaged, but Dr. Patel totally turned the visit around! I also found the guy at the front desk to be kind, welcoming, and caring!
