Kalpit Patel, MD

I made an appointment online and it said to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. But if I'm taking in the order that I arrived, what's the point of making an appointment versus just showing up? And if there was going to be a delay, why was I not then just notified to come later as opposed to just coming at the time of my appointment? I would have appreciated some sort of feedback on that or not having the option for appointments if it doesn't matter.

These providers did not actually address the problem. My daughter is still having it. It didn't even ease up the facility. I have been there before, and I've had doctors that have performed very well, but this particular provider, I would not recommend. He did not address her problem.
