Staff was great, wait time was good, the doctor I thought had listened but then after we left we have received three different calls telling me that my son had been referred to an orthopedic, an orthopedic surgeon, physical therapy but then we were told that everything was normal and then we were told that there was a diagnosis for a foot contusion when he didn't even have foot pain so just very frustrated that after being told everything was normal we're still being referred to all these doctors.

The nurse and the doctor were excellent. The doctor was possibly the most competent doctor I've come across since I've gone to any urgent cares. However, I will say that the front desk personnel had so much room for improvement. They were rude, uninformative, and it just seemed like people were jumping ahead of me. We did have a discussion about payment because they asked me to pay a large amount up front and she would not budge. I almost feel like in retaliation, she skipped me and let other people go in front of me. I ended up waiting three hours. When the people that arrived along with me or after went

Dr. Yoon and the nurse who treated me, her name begins with the letter K. I don't remember her name but she has treated me on previous visits, they are very sensitive in their treatment of the patient, professional and kind. I congratulate them.

Dr. Justin Yoon was amazing with my daughter and truly seemed to care about her entire care. There was a problem at pharmacy getting prescribed medication, and I called to let Dr. Yoon know. He immediately sent in a different medication so my daughter didn't have to wait 2 days to start.

I make an appointment and I'm supposed to be, my appointment's supposed to be at 10, 20, and they held me almost until 12 o'clock. I went to the doctor. So, doesn't make any sense for a person to make an appointment if they go and then they have to wait long, long time to get assisted. So, that I don't like it.
