Everything about the service itself was fine. However, they were unable to accurately bring up my insurance, which is active and valid. I followed up with my insurance company, and you guys charged me twice the amount that you were supposed to charge me for my services and have still not gotten back about reimbursing me for it. So not very likely if you're going to be charging me extra to come to this location. I don't know why I use it or recommend it. Just saying.

Very satisfied. Starting to understand how this new medical system works. No longer a doctor who knows you and cares for you. You are a number and a set of symptoms. The people I saw were very nice and thorough but I'll probably never see them again. I'm trying to get use to this impersonal world but I really miss the connections and the love I use to feel.

The PA gave us a wrong XRay interpretation, sent us to the Hospital with a wrong explanation since he told us his concern was low heart rate. My daughter is a high intensity athlete and at the hospital I was told her heart rate was normal. My daughter didn't get a virus test. Even though the pa wanted to be cautious, it was unnecessary to go to the hospital. I feel his lack of confidence made him make the decision. When I spoke to the PA he told me he sent us because he was concerned of miocarditis which he never mentioned that to us at the urgent care

Hi, my husband brought my 8-year-old daughter there and he, that's his go-to place with her whenever we need to take her to an urgent care. And after this time, he said that the individual had recognized them and, you know, just were very welcoming, had smiles on their faces and, you know, welcomed them in. So it was just nice to see friendly, familiar faces and feel like they, the providers and every, the staff there knew them. So wanted to share that. Thank you so much. And I even got a follow-up call over the weekend, which I was really impressed by. Thank you.
