I found the staff very knowledgeable and very nice, very kind, very friendly. From the front office to the tech to the nurse practitioner or PA, I can't remember. Everyone was very, very friendly. The only disappointment was the fact that you guys did not have the proper stitches for my lips. I had to go to the ER after spending time there. That was disappointing. We expect to be able to get simple stitches at a urgent care. I'm not sure if you're out of them or what, but that's some feedback. Thanks so much. Bye-bye.

This PA couldn't make eye contact and just apologizing for my issues and kept saying he wanted me to feel better and understood. However, he gave me an antibiotic and sent me on my way. It's 4 days later and I've had no relief. Still congested, vomiting from nasal drainage, coughing, eyes hurting (crust in my eyes) and still feeling awful. Not sure he really listened or didn't prescribe what I really needed.

I'm self pay and was told I owe $167.20 by the lady at the front desk, I Paid That! Then the next day I get a text saying I owe another $161.00!!! Ridiculous that I wasn't told that in the beginning so I could just leave without being seen! Never again will I go to a Wellstar Facility.

I was really impressed with my visit from the welcoming staff at the front desk to the medical assistants to the provider, the x-ray person who was the medical assistant. They were all courteous, very professional, very prompt, timely, and really very professional. I really enjoyed my visit despite the circumstance and definitely would recommend to anyone to really go to this facility and hopefully the staff will be rewarded for the excellent job they are doing. Really, like, it's a 10 out of 10 and kudos and thank you.

I followed up with my insurance company, and you guys charged me twice the amount that you were supposed to charge me for my services and have still not gotten back about reimbursing me for it. So not very likely if you're going to be charging me extra to come to this location. I don't know why I use it or recommend it. Just saying.
