I came in with an at home test result. I had preconceived notions what I wanted to accelerate, reading myself of the virus. COVID. I probably overstep my bounds in suggesting PAXLovid. I don't feel like diarrhea is a side effect was strongly suggested unless I was in too much of a fog to remember this This became a problem a day later Quickly rectified after the nurse assistant called back. All in all, a quick recovery.

I don't often share my experience but today I have to make an exception. Justin Murray (PA) was outstanding. This young man was completely spot on in his approach with me. I was struggling with a severe case of the Gout & telling him what I thought I needed for treatment. He listened & then recommended that we maybe change that thought pattern & try something different. Turned out he was correct. His skill set both professionally & personally were far above average. I will start using him from here on out. SHOUT OUT to my PA.

The provider was awesome. He provided utmost care. The nurses, everyone was really awesome. But the only complaint is about the wait time. So I had to wait almost for 40 minutes to get inside and there was only one person in front of me. So the first person went inside and it was almost more than 30, close to 40 minutes for me to even go inside. So the wait time is really terrible there. But leaving that aside, the providers and the care that I got, everything was really awesome. Thank you.

I found the staff very knowledgeable and very nice, very kind, very friendly. From the front office to the tech to the nurse practitioner or PA, I can't remember. Everyone was very, very friendly. The only disappointment was the fact that you guys did not have the proper stitches for my lips. I had to go to the ER after spending time there. That was disappointing. We expect to be able to get simple stitches at a urgent care. I'm not sure if you're out of them or what, but that's some feedback. Thanks so much. Bye-bye.

This PA couldn't make eye contact and just apologizing for my issues and kept saying he wanted me to feel better and understood. However, he gave me an antibiotic and sent me on my way. It's 4 days later and I've had no relief. Still congested, vomiting from nasal drainage, coughing, eyes hurting (crust in my eyes) and still feeling awful. Not sure he really listened or didn't prescribe what I really needed.

I was really impressed with my visit from the welcoming staff at the front desk to the medical assistants to the provider, the x-ray person who was the medical assistant. They were all courteous, very professional, very prompt, timely, and really very professional. I really enjoyed my visit despite the circumstance and definitely would recommend to anyone to really go to this facility and hopefully the staff will be rewarded for the excellent job they are doing. Really, like, it's a 10 out of 10 and kudos and thank you.
